I enjoyed the large beds and good linen provided in the bedrooms. The bathrooms were also large and included both baths and showers. (Having options is always great).
I noticed soggy shower mats in the shared bathroom. These were not changed . the toilet seat was loose and needed repair. I hope they fix it.

the room was clean and the location was close to the train station.
The tv in the room did not work, it just hung there. i also found the lack of staff unsettling. It reminded me of i was staying in an abandoned building. the shared bathroom situation was not ideal either, especially with the soggy bath mats.

the room was very clean. the king size bed were comfortable. communication about hotel entry were excellent. the communal kitchen in eastfield proved very useful.
the bathroom had a loose toilet seat needed fixing. the shower mats in the shared bathroom was soggy. i think a blind at the bathroom window is REQUIRED.
